Data we may process

Depending on how you use the site, we may process contact details you send us, technical data needed to deliver the pages, preferences stored through the cookie consent mechanism and, where authorised, usage data collected through Google Analytics.

Browsing and technical data

The systems that deliver the site may process technical information such as IP address, date and time of a request, requested resource, browser and device information, and status of the request. This data is used for security, troubleshooting and reliable delivery. Where authorised, Google Analytics collects aggregated usage information to understand how the site is visited; it is not used to create advertising profiles.

If you email info@studiocode.eu, we process the address, message and any information you decide to include in order to respond and keep track of the conversation. Contact requests are retained for up to 24 months after the conversation closes. Please do not send sensitive information unless it is strictly necessary.

Why we process data

We use this information to operate and secure the website, respond to requests, remember your cookie choice, understand in aggregate how the site is used when you authorise Google Analytics, and comply with legal obligations.

Legal bases and retention

Processing of technical data required for the website is based on the controller's legitimate interest in ensuring security and service continuity; contact requests are handled to reply to the data subject and for the legitimate interest in maintaining the relationship. Google Analytics is used only with consent, where enabled. Contact requests are retained for up to 24 months after the conversation closes; technical and analytics data are retained according to the periods configured in the relevant systems, unless law or the protection of rights requires otherwise.
